NCS Product Synopsis
«©NCSX» Plug the ST-Key into the cartridge port of your Saturn console and unlock the world. The ST-Key allows the use of any NTSC or PAL Saturn game on any version of the console, which includes Europe, Japan, and the United States.
Please note that the ST-Key does not have any additional functions or features and is only to be used as a territory converter. This thing is a one trick pony.

Works Great Even With Panzer Dragoon Saga!

While this as the description say is a "one trick pony." This doesn't work as a RAM cart or allow for cheat code usage, but will play seemingly any import thrown at it that doesn't require an additional 1mb or 4mb of RAM. Panzer is a known problem game when used with the Action Replay and other similar region free carts, but this cart boots it flawlessly!
