Please contact NCS for a return authorization number before sending any product(s) back. NCS cannot accept any returns without this number. You may return a software item in its original and unopened condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving the product. Hardware items that have been used may not be returned for a refund. NCS will use our discretion to accept and exchange any hardware whose packaging has been opened. We are not a rental outfit for trial use of new hardware and accessories.
Hardware defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item so that we can help you exchange the item in question. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1 day to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account within 24 hours. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
When sending a product back to us for exchange, we recommend shipping by UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.
