«©NCSX» On a recent visit to Toys R' Us, one of the toys on the shelves was a flimsy-looking ice cream maker that was made of plastic. Two happy kids were on the cardboard box cover and they appeared to be having a blast making ice cream. It was comical, sad, and ludicrous at the same time.
Then we saw the Stitch Ice Cream Maker in one of this week's new preorder solicitations from overseas. We had to get one. Even if it would never be used to make ice cream, we had to have one. Sega's behind this particular ice cream contraption and if we're to believe the instructions, a can filled with ice cubes, some simple ingredients, and a liberal amount of hand cranking is all that's needed to make ice cream. The photo included in the preorder solicitation depicts ice cream that looks like it just came out of a professional dispenser.

No one has ears as large as Cheburashka but Stitch gives him a run for the money with a pair of big velvety ones.
