NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX»Learning sign language is similar to learning any other language but there's no audio involved. It's all physical in that your hands do a good portion of the "talking" instead of your mouth. Star-Fish sets out to teach sign language with a Japanese tutorial program that features a lanky young girl with a bowl-shaped haircut as the emcee and a group of honey-colored rodents as her assistants. The software includes structured lessons which teach users the hand and arm movements that represent words, terms, and concepts followed by multiple-choice exercises that test what you've learned. By watching the visual cues acted out by the emcee, users get to see exactly how to perform signs.
