«©NCSX» Diverging only slightly from the style of the GBA Rockman EXE games, Arika culls the basic premise from those earlier games and expands on the action and world now found on the Gamecube. For much of the game, hero-boy runs across the screen and blasts foes with his trusty Rockbuster while leaping and dodging oncoming fire. For a little more offensive power, Battle chips may be equipped which serve out different types of hurt.
A real world counterpart has been added to complement the Net universe but players generally still look out for viruses and battle them. Cel-shaded graphics provide a bright and different view of Rockman but it all works well thanks to Arika's execution.
