Due to a rash of recent fraudulent transactions for the Playstation Network Tickets, NCS will now require additional verification before processing PSN Ticket orders from new customers. If you are a current customer who has ordered tickets before, we will continue to process and fulfill your orders same-day if the order is placed before 6PM EST.
For new customers who have never ordered a PSN Ticket from NCS, we will require additional verification to confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card or Paypal account that is being used for the PSN Ticket purchase. Please also note that you will have to enter your real name and billing address before we will process the transaction. Even though the tickets do not require physical delivery, we still need the correct billing address to verify that the transaction is being placed by the account holder. If a customer uses a fictional name such as "Moby Dick" or "Captain Mandals," NCS will hold the transaction for additional verification.
Use and Fulfillment
Please note the PSN Tickets are for use on the Hong Kong Playstation Online Store only. You cannot use the PSN Ticket code on any Playstation Store outside of Hong Kong. Orders for the PSN cards will be fulfilled digitally. An GIF image scan (message attachment) of the 12-digit alphanumeric code will be emailed to you.
Please check your JUNK or SPAM email folders if you don't see the PSN Ticket fulfillment message after placing your order.
Product Synopsis
Stateside players are limited in the ways they can purchase content from the Hong Kong Playstation Network. Credit cards issued in North America can't be used since the PSN billing system only authorizes Hong Kong based credit cards. EDY cards aren't available to us yet but we were able to import a bunch of Playstation Network Tickets valued at HK$200 today. We're supplying them for US$38.50.
Our vendors in Hong Kong don't have access to the tickets at wholesale and had to pay retail and tacked on their mandatory handling charges to obtain them for us. Think of it as a videogame vigorish that's built into the price.
Playstation Network Card Code Entry
If you have already registered an account on the Hong Kong PSN Online Store, the way to get to the area where you enter the PSN Ticket code is as follows
Go to the section under Friends and follow through to the following sections under each threshhold
>> Account Management
>> Transaction Management
>> Manage Wallet
>> Add Funds
>> Select the Playstation Network Card Option
>> Enter PSN Ticket Code
