Due to a rash of recent fraudulent transactions for the Xbox Live Points Cards, NCS will now require additional verification before processing points card orders from new customers. If you are a current customer who has ordered tickets before, we will continue to process and fulfill your orders same-day if the order is placed before 6PM EST.
For new customers who have never ordered a Xbox Live Points card from NCS, we will require additional verification to confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card or Paypal account that is being used for the Xbox Live Points purchase. Please also note that you will have to enter your real name and billing address before we will process the transaction. Even though the tickets do not require physical delivery, we still need the correct billing address to verify that the transaction is being placed by the account holder. If a customer uses a fictional name such as "Moby Dick" or "Captain Mandals," NCS will hold the transaction for additional verification.

Please note that Japanese Xbox Live Points Cards are for use only on the Japanese Xbox Live network. They cannot be used on any Xbox network outside of Japan.
Use and Fulfillment
Orders for the Xbox Live Points cards will be fulfilled by email delivery. If your order is submitted before 5PM EST, an image scan (GIF image attachment) of the Xbox Live Points Card will be emailed to you. Orders placed after 5PM will be processed and fulfilled by the next business day.
Please check your JUNK or SPAM email folders if you don't see the Xbox Live Points Card fulfillment message from NCS after placing your order. Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, and other free email services can block or route emails with image attachments to folders other than the Inbox.
