«©NCSX» Square Enix releases a refined RPG which hearkens back to the classic age of old school RPGs where turn-based combat, a job system for harnessing abilities, and a single save-game slot were routine features. That's right, one measly save-game slot.

Unlike the classics however, Bravely Default also features voice acting, cinematic cut scenes, and unlocking achievements thanks to Square's official Member's Site which allows players to create communities and tackle quests. In addition to the regular edition of the game, NCS is processing and shipping preorders for the Collector's Edition which was exclusive to Square's online shop in Japan. The Collector's Edition is bundled with an illustrations booklet, 2-disc soundtrack CD, augmented reality poster, and 3DS carrying case.
