«©NCSX» Blaze Union takes place in the Bronquian Empire before the events of Yggdra Union at a time when armies were already clashing and strife was in the air. Players take on the persona of a ginger-haired warrior named Garlot who helms the Blaze Knights and protects the land from Imperial malcontents. Blaze Union plies the S-RPG trade where Garlot leads a party of heroes on missions where two sides clash.
The battle system is similar to the one found in Yggdra Union where the attacking side leaps into battle and gains first-hit advantage which is followed by a counterattack from the defending side. The combatants then continue the battle and strike at each other until the one side is demolished. Heroes can also use "Tactics Cards" to activate special effects or influences and may elect to team party members up into Unions in order to enact special attacks which can potentially turn the tide of war.
