Bandai Namco didn't package the glasses well. When we received this shipment, we could hear the glasses clinking against each other with the slightest movement. It's a miracle that none of them were cracked during overseas shipping but we will re-package the glasses with protective paper to avoid damage during shipping and incurring costly returns.
