When the allure of super-sized burger meals overcome the sensibilities of healthy eating, obesity reigns. Happy Diet joins the fitness world by offering an eating regimen, a calorie calculator and a way to burn those calories in front of your television.
Professor Kazuhiko Kudou who heads the Kagawa Nutrition College of Japan acts as dietary consultant in the game and gives his take on proper eating. Players may also design their own diets around their lives and routines based on advice from Kazuhiko-san. A separate stepping controller was released in Japan to complement the Happy Diet software but our pre-order allocation of this device appears botched by usually reliable suppliers. As it is, the novelty of the game sort of required the stepping controller and we'll sit on this game while we wait for the stepping units to arrive.
