«©NCSX» A malignant virus boss named Angler has escaped from captivity on Vaccine World and is hiding out on Earth. Maya, the blue-haired goddess of Vaccine World, summons the cloudy Mugimaru to hunt down Angler before it can hatch new machinations against Vaccine World. Mugimaru speeds to Earth in hot pursuit but faces a conundrum. Denizens from Vaccine World are powerless on Earth but they may bequeath their skills and magic. A vessel must be found and Mugimaru chances upon a young girl named Komugi Nakahara, who just happens to enjoy cosplay. Dazzling her with a magical wand of sorts which looks like something any cosplayer would desire, Komugi accepts the wand and the responsibility of tracking down Angler and containing it's infection...
