We got a little taste of Monster Hunter 3-tri in the playable preview that was included with every copy of Monster Hunter G for the Wii. The demo included two missions which gave players a chance to test the Remote controls and experience wholesale monster slaughter. When the full proper game gets released in August, players create a monster hunter and outfit him/her with weapons and tackle missions which invariably involve monster hunting. Different weapons featured in the game include swords, gun-bows, axes, hammers, and more. In addition to killing all manner of monsters on land, players will also get to dive underwater and kill monsters in the murky depths where serpentine creatures dwell.

Please note Japanese Wii systems will only play Japanese Wii games.
