NCS Product Synopsis Update: February 23, 2006 «©NCSX» In a dystopian future, civilization crumbles but not all is lost. Survivors set out to recreate the world with ordered and controlled social structures. In the rebuilding process, society requires coordination by corporate decree to keep the peace. The company that is established as the arbiter of the planet's rebuilding is called the Planetary Development Corp which asserts control and starts setting up social strata as well as systems of habitation. White collar workers are groomed to work at the corporation where they handle the development and growth of the world. Even under the auspices of an efficiently managed system, a religious rebel force rises to raise a ruckus.
As a new employee of the Planetary Development Corporation, Houjou Minagi works with fellow workers to address eruptions of unrest and squash disturbances. Houjou collaborates with a bubbly office girl named Mizuha Sakura and a new employee named Karen Asagiri to support the infrastructure of the corporate machine. One day, a wandering girl named Larissa enters Minagai's life and he resolves to help her recover her memory as well as tie-in her connection to a mercenary killer named Metal Wolf. Essentially a hentai game, Metal Wolf features suggestive poses, lewd panty shots, and other adult themes which thread through the game.

* A new game starts with the roar of thunder in the background as a starry night sky appears overhead. The story is introduced by way of dialogue boxes where the heavens pay witness to the destruction of civilization below.
* A woman's voice seeks the protagonist's attention. Multiple times. Eyes wide open, the view is of office workers in the background and a Belldandy wannabe in the foreground named Sakura Mizuha. She's dressed in a blue uniform and her hair is of the sprightly sprig-filled type. After a clanging interaction sequence, a view of the protagonist Houjou Minagi is shown where he's sporting purple hair and wearing a loose green tie underneath a dandy suit. In the background, Sakura may be seen running off.
* Afterwards, the same introduction from earlier plays to give the story some moody music and atmospherics.
* Cut to a scene where the director of the Planetary Development branch holds a short conversation with Houjou when they're joined by Sakura. Soon, they're back at the office where Sakura has regained her exuberant sheen and they're soon on the street. A car screeches to a halt and out steps Karen Asagiri, a new assignee to Houjou's department who throws off a no-nonsense approach and outlook. Sakura panics but the ever cool Houjou charms Karen and manages to break the ice. After she hops back into her car, Houjou and Sakura walk to a desolate part of town where the rebuilding process has not been completed. They're greeted by a guy in middle eastern garb with purple necklace and pendant and red / yellow/ purple outfit. He's wearing sunglasses, a goatee, and pointy whiskers. While in this part of town, a girl named Sakino Shinonome with pink hair poofy blue dress stumbles upon the two agents. She speaks in a low voice and appears slightly lethargic, owing to her low blood pressure.

Despite her ditzy demeanor, Sakura Mizuha is also a powerful fighter who transforms from gentle and caring office worker to tigress when battle beckons. Sakura is also gifted in various espionage and subterfuge skills. Together, the two form a crew to be reckoned with.
* The PS2 version of Metal Wolf features a new introduction sequence with a new song called "Metal Moon" which is sung by tiaraway (Saeko Chiba / Yuuka Nanri). There's another song in the game called :Howling to the Metal Moon" (Original version and remix) but tiaraway's song is catchier.
