«©NCSX» Konami's Love Plus game was big. It wasn't as big as Tokimeki Memorial but the game sold well and fans in Japan are clamoring for more. If Konami won't ship a sequel anytime soon, they'll at least license Love Plus for merchandising.
Furyu's Love Plus Cushion features the likenesses of three girls from the game which adorn three large and distinctive cushions. The girls are (from the left and going right): Rinko Kobayakawa, Manaka Takane, and Nene Anegasaki. Each cushion measures 60x40cm (23.62" x 15.74") in area which is almost big enough to be used as a "body pillow" which might fulfill this fellow's fantasy.

There's obviously a demand for love games and Konami capitalizes on the theme once again with Love Plus.

Originally released in March 2007, Konami updates Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side 1st Love with a full-voice edition where actors provide speech to accompany all of the dialogue in the game.
