«©NCSX» Kunio Ogawara continues his stretch of designing mighty mechs in the latest J-Phoenix game. Pilot a heavily armed robot and fly into battles on terra, rescue excursions and encounters in space to complete your assigned missions. New to the series is the ability to lead a team of three mechs into war. Mech cohorts may be placed into various formations to perform combination bursting attacks which do double and treble damage upon hapless foes. Successful missions allow for mech upgrades to enhance performance and 140 parts are available for upgrades.
The first production of J-Phoenix 2 includes a bonus DVD which contains a J-Phoenix animation featuring four heroines from the J-Phoenix universe.
